Please note that your contact lens prescription is valid for one year from the date it is issued.If the contact lens prescription we have on file has expired, we will contact you to schedule a contact lens exam before processing your order.

A valid contact lens prescription is required for all online orders.If you have an updated prescription from another provider, please email a copy to info@ewoptometry.com
